Overview
Brake (commonly known as air brake) is a necessary device for the shutdown braking of hydro generator. It is applicable to all vertical or horizontal installed hydro generator units. It has two functions: 1. During the shutdown of generator, when the speed is reduced to 30% ~ 40% of rated speed, it will continuously brake the generator rotor to make the unit stop quickly; 2. During the maintenance and installation of the unit, the brake can jack up the rotor and use it as a jack. The quality of the brake will directly affect the overall performance index of the water turbine generator set.
The brakes of our company can be free of jamming, dust, oil and gas leakage and maintenance, so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit, which lays a foundation for the automatic control of the unit.

1) Bore: ф 80mm、 ф 120mm (can be determined according to customer requirements);
2) Maximum working stroke: 30mm;
3) Maximum working oil pressure: 10MPa;
4) Maximum working pressure: 1.0MPa.
