summary
JCZ brake integrated braking device is a new type of braking device which integrates the manual and electric working circuits of the braking pipeline of hydraulic turbine generator set in hydropower station. The device is composed of manual valve, rotary valve, solenoid valve, integrated block, etc., which simplifies the traditional complex pipeline connection and operation, has beautiful appearance and convenient operation. It is mainly used for braking control of acceleration unit.
The brake integrated braking device is used to receive the braking signal from the speed signal relay when the speed of the water turbine generator unit in the hydropower station drops to 35 ~ 40% of the rated speed, make the solenoid valve act, and lead the compressed air to the braking chamber or reset chamber, so as to realize the braking of the water turbine unit. At the same time, it is also equipped with hand valve and rotary valve, which can realize manual operation.
